The blood of Jesus Christ is the foundation of our redemption, forgiveness, cleansing, protection, and victory. In the opening message of the IT’S THE BLOOD series, Pastor Glenn Bond reminded believers of the life-changing power of Christ’s sacrifice and the importance of understanding what His blood accomplished for us. From the blood placed on the doorposts during the Passover to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, Scripture reveals God’s plan of redemption. Through faith in Jesus, we are made righteous before God, not through our own works, but through His grace. Believers were encouraged to recognize their identity in Christ, speak life over their circumstances, plead the blood of Jesus, and remain persistent in prayer. Even when we cannot immediately see the manifestation of God’s promises, our faith must remain anchored in His Word.
